Our own pack consists of four Shibas – two males (Soba and Yoshi) and two females (Panda and her daughter Kimchi). The four get along very well, which makes us very happy. We breed on a very small scale because we want to be able to give each dog enough attention. So we move very slowly, but carefully.
Our “external” pack currently includes three additional Shibas. They do not live with us, but with their families, yet they are co-owned or owned by us and contribute to our breeding program. We find this concept very modern and contemporary, as no one can properly care for an infinite number of dogs. This way, the dogs’ breeding potential is not lost, and they can lead happy and fulfilling lives with their families.
