Daruma is a black sesame male from the renowned “Go Proud” kennel near Krakow. He came to us at the age of 4 months and lives with a dear fellow breeder and friend in Saxony-Anhalt near Lutherstadt-Eisleben. Daruma is the second male dog after our offspring Tanji from our B litter to live in co-ownership with a lovely family. Franzi’s family grew very dear to our hearts during our first steps into the world of dog shows and breeding (she breeds Shikokus herself), so when she offered to take in a male dog, to whom she gives all her love and for whom we have breeding rights, we didn’t think twice and immediately agreed. It took almost two years before we met Daruma and matched him directly with his breeder, Ewelina Zgud, but good things take time. Daruma is developing extremely well. He has a really thick, fluffy coat and a very beautiful light sesame color with great urajiro. He is a broad-built male, and we very much hope that his health checks will match his beauty^^ We will start the checks in the summer of 2026, as he is still too young for them at the moment. We are very excited about his future! We visit Daruma regularly at Franzi’s family and are incredibly happy that this connection between us is working so well. It’s a win-win for both sides: a true soulmate for Franzi and a great breeding prospect for us.
